Job summary

Emergo by UL, a leader in Human Factors engineering, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Europe to drive sales of premium advisory services. Remote or hybrid options available from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will manage opportunities from lead through contract, exceed sales targets, and collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor solutions for medical and life sciences clients. The role requires 5+ years in consultative sales, strong technical credibility, and travel up to

Qualifications

5+ years of consultative sales experience.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Experience in medical device or life sciences industry.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
Develop sales pipeline via outreach and events.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive client experience.
