Emergo by UL's Human Factors advisory services in Europe seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales across the EMEA region. You will be the customer-facing point from initial contact through contract execution, promoting premium HF advisory offerings and aligning solutions with client needs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of consultative sales in medical devices or life sciences, strong English (C1), and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Formación

Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
English proficiency at C1 or higher.
5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million/year quota.
Medical device or life science industry experience required.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; craft customized advisory service solutions.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
Identify customer needs and pain points in Human Factors integration within product development.
Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and trends.
Maintain plan to prioritize target accounts and relationships throughout the year.
Gain Human Factors knowledge via internal training and self-study.
Target key customers for needs discovery and opportunity identification.
