Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. This role is remote with options for hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum quota of $3 million per year.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
• Understand customer needs, articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals, and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Prioritize portfolio of target accounts and maintain relationships throughout the year.
