Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager in international environments.
• Experience in highly regulated or complex industries (Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Automotive).
• Desirable PMP certification with strong project management knowledge.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Kaizen, Lean and structured problem solving.
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Autonomy, resilience, creativity, motivation, and drive to navigate fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–5 projects simultaneously from planning through closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal and Operations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, dependencies, risks and changes.
• Lead regulatory, product, process and organizational changes to ensure on-time commercialization.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence initiatives including Kaizen workshops.
• Monitor and communicate project performance and capture lessons learned at closure.
