Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Spain to lead complex, cross-functional projects across Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal and Operations. You will manage 4–5 projects concurrently from planning to closure, ensuring milestones and regulatory requirements are met.

The role emphasizes about 60% project leadership and 40% Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence activities, including Kaizen workshops, with a focus on commercial impact and product

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in highly regulated or complex industries (Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Automotive).
• Desirable PMP certification with strong project management methodologies.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Kaizen, Lean principles, and structured problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead business, operational, and integration projects across multiple functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders (Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, Operations).
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with milestones, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead projects with significant operational and commercial impact to ensure timely regulatory, product, and process changes.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence initiatives, including Kaizen workshops.
• Monitor and communicate project performance with stakeholders and capture lessons learned.
