Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional projects in an international setting. You will coordinate Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, and Operations to ensure milestones and business-critical changes are delivered on time.

The role balances 60% project leadership with 40% Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence activities, translating business requirements into clear plans and mobilizing stakeholders for successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex, international environments.
• Desirable PMP certification with strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management and stakeholder management.
• Experience in regulated or complex industries such as Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Automotive is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead business, operational, and integration projects, managing 4–5 projects simultaneously from planning to closure.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders across Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, and Operations.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and scope changes; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence initiatives, including Kaizen workshops and structured problem solving.
• Monitor project performance using PM tools, provide stakeholders with progress visibility and capture lessons learned at closure.
