Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related).
• 3–5 years of experience as a Project Engineer or similar role, preferably in medical devices or pharma.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO 13485 is desirable.

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through delivery, including scope, schedule, and resources.
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Marketing to align projects with objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks with contingency plans.
• Monitor budget and ensure expenditures stay within limits.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform analyses to resolve issues and optimize product/process performance.
• Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation (specs, drawings, tests).
