Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects across Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal and Operations from planning through closure.

The role emphasizes a strong leadership focus (about 60%), with continuous improvement activities (40%), in a regulated, international setting. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Project Manager in complex international organizations.
• Experience in regulated industries (Pharma/MedTech/Medical devices/Automotive) preferred.
• PMP certification highly desirable; strong project management skills.
• Experience with Kaizen, Lean, and structured problem-solving.
• Advanced English; excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead 4–5 projects from planning to closure, across functions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Commercial, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, Ops) with clear timelines.
• Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, risks, and scope changes.
• Ensure regulatory, product, and process changes, enabling on-time commercialization.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Kaizen; track action plan effectiveness.
• Report project status, risks, decisions, and lessons learned at closure.
