Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in highly regulated or complex industries such as Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Automotive
• Desirable PMP certification with strong project management knowledge
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence (Kaizen, Lean, structured problem solving)
• Advanced English proficiency and strong stakeholder skills

Responsibilities

• Lead business, operational, and integration projects with cross functional teams (Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, Operations)
• Coordinate regional stakeholders and establish clear responsibilities, timelines, priorities, and expectations
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, scope changes, and delays
• Lead projects with significant operational and commercial impact ensuring regulatory and product changes support commercialization
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence initiatives (Kaizen workshops, structured problem solving)
• Monitor and communicate project performance using PM tools and capture lessons learned at closure
