Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex international projects across Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, and Operations. The role combines leadership with continuous improvement and business excellence activities to drive successful project outcomes.

The position emphasizes coordinating global teams, translating business requirements into clear plans, and ensuring timely commercialization of products within regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in regulated or complex international environments.
• Experience working in highly regulated or complex industries such as Pharmaceuticals, MedTech, Medical Devices, or Automotive is desirable.
• PMP certification is desirable; strong knowledge of project management methodologies, risk management, planning, and stakeholder management.
• Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence experience, including Kaizen, Lean principles, and structured problem-solving.
• Advanced English proficiency with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business, operational, and integration projects across multiple functions, managing 4–5 projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders (Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal, Operations).
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, dependencies, risks, and scope changes.
• Lead projects with significant operational and commercial impact, ensuring regulatory, product, process, and organizational changes are implemented on time.
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence initiatives, including Kaizen and structured problem-solving activities.
• Monitor and communicate project performance to stakeholders, capturing lessons learned at project closure.
