The successful candidate will coordinate international teams in a highly regulated environment and contribute to successful product commercialization with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (Pharma, MedTech, Medical Devices) preferred.
• Desirable PMP certification.
• Experience in Continuous Improvement and Lean methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead business, operational, and integration projects across functions (Commercial, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Legal, Operations).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders with clear responsibilities and timelines.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones, risks, and changes, and apply corrective actions.
• Drive project performance with PM tools and report progress to stakeholders.
