Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional projects within an international environment. The role combines approximately 60% project leadership with 40% continuous improvement and business excellence, coordinating Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Legal and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and successful commercialization.

Strong English and PMP desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience in highly regulated or complex industries
• Desirable PMP certification with knowledge of project management methodologies

Responsibilities

• Lead business, operational, and integration projects, managing ~4–5 projects simultaneously
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders (Commercial, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Legal, Operations)
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, monitor milestones and risks
• Lead projects with significant operational and commercial impact ensuring on-time commercialization
• Drive Continuous Improvement and Business Excellence initiatives (Kaizen, Lean)
• Monitor and communicate project performance and capture lessons learned at closure
