Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in Spanish payroll accounting with hands-on use of SAP Payroll.
  • Solid understanding of Spanish tax and social security legislation.
  • Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and company pension schemes is a plus.

We are currently seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to join our experienced team in Granada.

You will support a range of international clients and ensure smooth accurate payroll processing across multiple industries.

Your Responsibilities
  • Execute timely and accurate payroll processing for client employees using SAP Payroll.
  • Manage and maintain salary‑related data in SAP for your assigned client portfolio.
  • Ensure precise and compliant payroll calculations in close cooperation with HR finance and other relevant departments.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on tax and social security matters maintaining direct contact with social security institutions and authorities.
  • Conduct payroll audits and contribute to the ongoing improvement of payroll processes.
  • Stay current with applicable payroll regulations and ensure compliance.
  • Deliver reports and audits and offer consultative support to clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for all client inquiries and issues related to payroll.
Your Experience and Skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in Spanish payroll accounting with hands‑on use of SAP Payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of the SAP HCM Payroll module.
  • Solid understanding of Spanish tax and social security legislation.
  • Familiarity with collective bargaining agreements and company pension schemes; experience with expatriate payroll and wage garnishments is a plus.
  • Service‑oriented reliable and structured approach to work.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confident user of MS Office and open to new technologies.
  • Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
