Concentrix is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager with Italian to lead a portfolio of partner-delivered engagements from onboarding to adoption. This remote role focuses on delivery excellence, risk management, and scalable success frameworks across multiple stakeholders.
You will collaborate with alliance partners, sales, and delivery teams to maximize customer value, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes while supporting AI-enabled success practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, Delivery Management or related fields.
- Experience managing 10–30 concurrent engagements.
- Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and business outcomes.
- Strong escalation management and customer recovery experience.
- Familiarity with SaaS, AI, cloud or tech-driven businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of concurrent customer engagements from onboarding through adoption.
- Lead portfolio reviews to identify risks and coordinate resolutions.
- Monitor adoption, usage, and business value realization; drive improvements.
- Build strategic partner relationships and enable scalable engagement.
- Develop repeatable processes to improve delivery efficiency and scale.
- Leverage AI/tools to enhance planning, reporting, and outcomes.
