Deliverect is seeking a Partnerships Onboarding Coordinator for the Italian market. In this hybrid role in Spain, you will onboard partners (POS systems and delivery apps), monitor performance, and ensure data accuracy across CRM systems.

You will act as the primary contact for Italian-speaking partners and route complex issues to internal teams. The ideal candidate speaks Italian fluently and has strong English, with a background in business, hospitality, or IT.

Formación

• Fluency in Italian is mandatory.
• Strong professional English and/or Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Hospitality, International Trade, IT, or related field.
• Tech-curious and willing to learn modern software and digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills and a get-things-done attitude.
• Genuine interest in startups, food-tech, or restaurant industry is a plus.
• Legal right to work in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in onboarding partners in the Italian market (POS systems and delivery apps).
• Monitor partner performance and troubleshoot basic integrations.
• Ensure data accuracy in internal systems.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for Italian-speaking partners.
• Answer partner queries and route complex issues to relevant teams.
• Maintain Salesforce/HubSpot CRM and partner databases.
• Research and map Italy’s local restaurant-tech ecosystem.
• Identify new partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with an international team supporting Deliverect’s API-first platform.
