Concentrix Barcelona is seeking an Inside Partner Sales Representative (Italian Speaking) to register resellers and handle inquiries via calls and emails in a hybrid setup. You will articulate the Partner Program, identify opportunities, and support campaigns with a focus on delivering value to Italian-speaking partners.

You will work in English and Italian, collaborating with cross-functional teams while managing tasks with minimal supervision.

Formación

• Native Italian and advanced level of English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in B2B sales and dealing with business customers.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Articulate Partner Program value and register new resellers.
• Respond to reseller calls/emails promptly and route when needed.
• Provide basic product information for inquiries.
• Detect High Business Opportunities with resellers.
• Serve as main contact for partner telemarketing and campaigns.
• Process campaigns and promote product/service marketing.
