Planet Paymet is seeking a Customer Success Manager who speaks Italian to join their Madrid office. This role focuses on enhancing customer relationships and maximizing upsell opportunities within a vibrant fintech environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer success, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication abilities. A hybrid work model is embraced with three days a week in the office.

Formación

• Experience in Customer Success or Customer Support role, ideally from a Payments or Fintech background.
• Strong analytical skills and goal-oriented mindset.
• Fluent in English and a second language (Italian preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate customer contract renewals and negotiations to maximize retention.
• Actively upsell products and services to assigned customer base.
• Execute targeted commercial campaigns via phone or email.
