Job summary

Perk is seeking a German-speaking Senior Partner Manager to build and scale our European partner ecosystem, with a focus on the DACH region. You will own partnerships from outreach to revenue generation, collaborating with Sales and Marketing to unlock repeatable growth.

In this commercial role you’ll recruit partners, craft joint GTM plans, and drive pipeline and deals while managing executive relationships across Europe. You’ll travel regularly and thrive in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven success in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development in SaaS/fintech/travel tech or B2B tech.
• Native or near-native German and professional English.
• Experience with ERP/finance tech ecosystems and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential partners across Europe with a focus on DACH.
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth.
