Job summary

Perk seeks a German-speaking Implementation Specialist to onboard new clients in a demanding SaaS environment. You’ll analyse client needs, tailor an implementation plan, and ensure adoption of the Perk platform across user bases, delivering a 7-star onboarding experience.

You will lead cross‑functional projects, manage timelines, and communicate clearly with clients at all levels. Based near our hubs, you’ll join in-person collaboration three days a week.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing and delivering projects in an international environment.
• Native German and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Organised, structured, detail‑oriented with strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional project teams to successfully implement new clients
• Initiate, plan, execute, control and close implementation projects, including requirements documentation and client communications
• Review contracts, optimise resource management and validate process quality
• Serve as the first point of contact for client escalations during the implementation process
• Develop and implement strategy plans to achieve account ramp‑up goals
• Ensure accounts are staged, scheduled, and prioritised according to client and business needs
• Communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences
• Ensure project teams understand timelines, tasks, risks and issues
