Perk is seeking a German-speaking Implementation Specialist to onboard new clients and tailor implementation plans. You will drive cross-functional projects, act as the onboarding expert, and deliver a 7-star client experience with strong change-management skills.

Fluent German and English are required, with excellent communication and organisational abilities. The role offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to grow within a global SaaS company.

• Proven track record of managing and delivering projects in international environments.
• Native German and fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Organised, structured approach with strong administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to successfully implement new clients.
• Plan, execute, control and close implementations with clear deliverables and client communications.
• Review contracts, optimise resources and validate process quality.
• Be the first point of contact for client escalations during onboarding.
• Develop strategy plans to achieve account ramp-up goals.
• Ensure accounts are staged, scheduled and prioritised by client and business needs.
• Translate complex technical information for diverse audiences.
• Ensure timelines, tasks, risks and issues are clearly understood by the team.
