LIM Global Consulting, S.L. represents an international biotechnology client seeking an Oncology Key Account Manager in Spain. You will promote the oncology portfolio to hospitals, cancer centers, and academia, focusing on solid tumors and gynecologic oncology, while navigating regional access and reimbursement.

You will work cross-functionally to remove access barriers, build strategic relationships with KOLs, and drive patient access to innovative antibody therapies across the Spanish market.

Formación

• 10+ years pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 5 years in oncology
• Experience in gynecological oncology or ADCs is highly desirable
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in complex therapeutic areas
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with KOLs, teams and key accounts
• Solid understanding of Spain’s oncology reimbursement pathways and regional access
• Experience launching new oncology products in the Spanish market
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Office, CRM systems, and digital engagement tools

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve objectives
• Drive brand awareness and product adoption with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and other teams
• Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and access to treatments
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity and ensure ethical practices
• Manage territory budgets and resources in compliance with policies
• Drive regional and local access initiatives and engage regional payers and hospital leadership
