LIM Global Consulting, S.L. is assisting an international biotechnology company in recruiting an Oncology Key Account Manager to lead healthcare professional engagement across Spain, focusing on solid tumors and gynecologic oncology.

The role involves building strategic territory plans, advancing access initiatives, and collaborating with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Government Affairs to optimize patient access while ensuring compliance.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with at least 5 years in oncology.
• Demonstrated success across large pharma and biotech environments in Spain.
• Strong network with KOLs and hospital decision-makers in oncology.
• Solid understanding of Spain’s oncology reimbursement pathways and regional access.
• Proven ability to travel across Spain and manage territory budgets/resources.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve commercial objectives and adapt tactics to market conditions.
• Drive brand awareness and product adoption through value-based partnerships with healthcare professionals.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Government Affairs to align materials with local needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve patient pathways and facilitate access to innovativetreatments.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, ensuring compliance with laws and codes.
• Drive territory management through planning, efficient use of resources, and high-quality execution.
