Job summary

bsport is building a new Barcelona hub and expanding across Europe. We seek a Senior Workplace & Office Manager to design a welcoming, polished space for ~150 people and lead scalable operations across Barcelona, Paris, London and Berlin.

You will own onboarding, facilities, vendor management, budgets and events, blending hospitality with operational rigor to support our international teams.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience running large office operations
• Proven track record managing facilities and vendors
• Strong budget and stakeholder management
• Experience in multi-site environments
• Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own the day-one onboarding: access, desks, welcome pack and smooth entry for new hires
• Manage Barcelona office operations, visitor experience, and executive support
• Design scalable processes and establish clear ownership and standards
• Lead facilities & vendor relationships, including Paris, London and Berlin sites
• Ensure equipment, rooms and IT assets run reliably and scale with growth
• Plan and execute events, culture moments and team-building activities
• Own budget for events and operating costs with data-driven decision making
