Helsing, a defence AI company, seeks a Barcelona-based Workplace Manager to run daily office operations, coordinate vendors, and uphold safety and compliance. You will ensure a welcoming environment and act as the operational backbone of the Barcelona office, liaising with local leadership and global workplace teams.

The role requires managing budgets, implementing health and safety standards, and organizing local events to foster a positive employee experience.

Formación

• Own and manage a local office environment to a high standard.
• Negotiate and administer service contracts with external partners.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of Spanish workplace regulations (PRL/LPRL) is a plus.
• Maintain discretion and build trusted relationships with employees and partners.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee all local vendors and suppliers (cleaning, catering, security, maintenance).
• Manage day-to-day facilities operations and safety standards.
• Support health, safety, and compliance requirements under Spanish regulations.
• Track and report the Barcelona workplace budget and spend.
• Coordinate local workplace events with HR and leadership.
