bsport is seeking a Senior Workplace & Office Manager to lead our Barcelona office and support teams in Paris, London and Berlin. You will blend hospitality with scalable processes to create a welcoming, high-quality environment for employees and guests alike.

You will own facilities, vendor management, onboarding and events, building a data-driven, process-led operation that scales with the company’s international growth.

Formación

• Experience managing complex workplace operations in coworking, hospitality, or fast-growing environments.
• Ability to connect multiple sites and teams without losing momentum.
• Strong track record negotiating with suppliers and holding partners to commitments.
• Proven budget ownership and ability to manage events and operating costs with clarity.

Responsabilidades

• Lead workplace operations and create a welcoming, high-quality Barcelona office daily.
• Design scalable processes and clear ownership to replace reactive fixes with durable solutions.
• Own facilities partner selection and vendor management across Paris, London & Berlin.
• Maintain equipment, meeting rooms and onboarding packs; collaborate with IT to scale tools and processes.
• Own events, team celebrations and culture moments, from venue to execution.
• Create a structured onboarding experience for new hires and scalable checklists.
• Manage budgets for events, travel, and facilities costs with data-driven decisions.
