Destinus is seeking a Head of Workplace to shape and govern our corporate office environments across Europe. You will lead a team of Office Managers, set standards, and own leases, vendors, and employee experience to enable our teams to work at their best.

You will partner with HR, IT, Security, Finance, and senior leadership to scale sites, maintain culture, and ensure safe, welcoming workplaces. Strong leadership and Europe-wide mobility are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years leading multi-site teams across Europe
• Proven track record with Office Manager teams and service standards
• Experience managing operational budgets and vendor portfolios
• English fluency; additional European language is a plus
• Willingness to travel regularly across European sites

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the workplace strategy for our office portfolio, aligned with growth and budget
• Establish service standards, processes, and KPIs across sites
• Develop workplace playbooks, SLAs, and escalation procedures
• Coach and develop the Office Manager team across European sites
• Build a connected Office Manager community and standardize approaches
• Recruit and onboard new Office Managers as sites grow
• Oversee vendor selection, contracts, and performance for office services
• Manage office fit-outs, relocations, and moves from briefing to handover
• Partner with HR on onboarding, events, and culture-building at each site
• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and premises regulations
