Preply is seeking an experienced Events Lead to co-own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of our flagship events from the Barcelona hub, with support across London and Kyiv. You’ll translate our mission into engaging experiences and drive flawless execution across timelines, venues, vendors and on-site delivery.

You will manage budgets, track engagement, build scalable playbooks, and partner with People, Employer Brand and other stakeholders to align events with company priorities, ensuring

Formación

• 5–8+ years of experience in events, community, workplace experience, employee engagement, or employer branding with clear end-to-end ownership of complex initiatives.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, high-visibility events, including hands-on operational execution.
• Experience sourcing venues and managing suppliers in European contexts such as Barcelona, London, or comparable hubs.

• Co-own the end-to-end strategy and delivery of Preply’s flagship events, including One Preply and other large-scale gatherings.
• Take hands-on ownership of event execution in our Barcelona hub, with support across London and Kyiv.
• Plan, manage, and evolve the community event strategy across all Preply hubs for consistency and local experimentation.
• Translate Preply’s mission into engaging, high-quality event experiences and ensure smooth live delivery.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and event tools, ensuring financial discipline and quality.
