Job summary

Emergo by UL, a leader in Human Factors engineering, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in Europe/EMEA. The role is customer-facing, selling premium HF advisory services with advanced technical credibility to clients across the region.

The position can be based remotely or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Spain; Basingstoke, UK; or The Hague, Netherlands. You will develop pipelines, tailor solutions, and drive revenue while traveling up to 30%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical device or life sciences.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (min USD 3 million/year).
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of time.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialized Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
• Build trust with customers and identify opportunities in product development processes.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and trends to inform offerings.
• Maintain portfolio of target accounts and ongoing customer relationships.
• Acquire HF knowledge through internal training and self-study; stay current on best practices.
