Events Arena, a Barcelona-based events logistics partner, seeks a Logistics & Dispatch Manager to own the operational flow of premium event packages across Europe. You will coordinate end-to-end logistics, collaborate with reservations and travel teams, and lead a cross-functional intern in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in logistics, operations or travel coordination.
• Strong organisation and anticipation skills.
• Rigour, precision and operational reliability.

• Genuine autonomy after training to run the function without daily supervision.
• Clear cross-team communication with strong prioritization under pressure.
• Comfortable integrating AI tools into internal workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall package and event logistics.
• Coordinate operational deadlines before, during and after events.
• Anticipate on-the-ground constraints and manage emergencies.
• Dispatch planning and allocation across live event files.
• Prepare and supervise client vouchers, travel documents and tickets.
• Send rooming lists to hotel partners.
• Ensure document compliance across client files.
• Coordinate with reservations, ticketing and packages teams.
• Supervise one cross-functional intern.
• Monitor internal tools and report operational insights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of logistics processes.
• Use AI tools in day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with development team to improve internal systems.
• Test and roll out AI-powered workflows.
