Events Arena in Barcelona is seeking an intern to join the bookings and logistics teams. You will support reservations, prepare travel documents, and help keep operational data clean and usable, gaining end-to-end exposure to the package lifecycle.

This paid, full-time 6-month internship sits in Poblenou and offers hands-on AI workflow training, plus direct exposure to two operational functions in a small, fast-moving team.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in tourism, business, logistics or related programme with convenio de prácticas.
• Organised, precise and attentive to detail — accuracy matters in client documents.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new internal tools quickly.
• Proactive: you ask questions and flag problems early.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Bookings support: Processing and following up on client reservations; liaising with hotel and supplier partners; keeping booking files accurate in internal tools.
• Logistics support: Preparing client vouchers, travel documents and tickets; assisting with rooming lists and supplier communication; coordinating operational deadlines.
