Events Arena, a Barcelona-based travel agency, seeks an intern to support bookings and logistics from our Poblenou office. You will help manage reservations, prepare travel documents, and keep data clean as operations run end-to-end.

The role provides hands-on exposure to the full package lifecycle in a fast-paced team. You will report to both the Bookings and Logistics teams, gain practical operational experience in event travel, and work with AI tools to optimize workflows.

Formación

• Enrolled in tourism, business, logistics or related programme with convenio de prácticas.
• Attention to detail is essential for client documents and bookings.
• Proactive problem-solving and quick learner of internal tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support bookings by processing reservations and liaising with partners.
• Assist logistics with travel documents, rooming lists and supplier communications.
• Help collect, structure and test operational data and reports.
