Carousel Logistics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our Barcelona team. You will manage daily logistics operations, coordinate shipments from booking to delivery, and support customers and suppliers while keeping data accurate.

Ideally you bring logistics exposure, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. You will help control invoicing, costs and KPI reporting in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• First experience in logistics, transport or supply chain.
• Fluent Spanish and English mandatory.
• Good Excel skills and data handling.
• Structured, proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations from booking to delivery.
• Monitor shipment status and follow up on delays or issues.
• Prepare and verify invoices and manage costs.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
