Jobtailor is seeking a dispatch and logistics coordinator in Madrid to manage field interventions within the regional EMEA team. You will coordinate and track logistics, and act as the interface between clients, Installation and After‑Sales Automation and Clinical IT teams.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics, fluency in English and at least one major EMЕA language, and strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks across cultures.

Formación

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or customer service role, preferably in the medical diagnostics or healthcare industry.
• Fluent in English and at least one of the big EMЕA languages (Spanish, Italian, German or French). Additional EMЕA languages are advantageous.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and geographies.
• Proficiency in the use of dispatch software and tools (ServiceMax, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and prioritize field interventions in Regional EMEA team.
• Manage and track the logistics around these interventions.
• Ensure the interface between clients, Installation and After‑Sales Automation and Clinical IT team of Beckman Coulter EMEA.
