Legends Global in Madrid is seeking a Logistics Intern to learn and support all logistics processes for an international retail organization.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid model, the six-month internship covers B2C and B2B fulfilment, import/export docs, data reconciliation, KPI reporting, and stock control. English and Spanish required.

Formación

• Ongoing Logistics degree or master's program.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to multitask.
• Data-driven mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Good level of English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate global retail fulfilment and distribution for B2C and B2B; liaise with 3PL warehousing teams and carriers.
• Manage Import/Export and Customs documentation for national and international shipments.
• Perform data reconciliation across systems and resolve issues.
• Identify logistic issues and process gaps; develop practical solutions.
• Assist stock control with discrepancy identification and analysis.
• Prepare and analyze Logistics KPIs and reports.

THE ROLE

As a Logistics Intern you will learn and support all the logistics processes of an international organization specialized in a dynamic retail industry, based in Madrid.

Essential Functions Of The Role Will Be:

• Global retail fulfilment and distribution coordination support for B2C and B2B channels. You will also liaise with the 3PL warehousing teams and carriers.
• Import, Export and Customs documentation related to national and international shipments.
• Data reconciliation across systems and issues resolution.
• Identify logistic issues & process gaps, and develop solutions.
• Assisting on stock control processes, as discrepancies identification & analysis.
• Logistic KPI´s elaboration and reporting.

Main Projects You Will Be Working On:

• Real Madrid Jersey Launch.

Main Responsibilities:

• Logistics plan maintenance and monitoring
• Testing support
• Inbound monitoring
• Order reconciliation support
• Hypercare support and Launch shipping expenses review
• Freight Tender launch with 20 partners.

Main Responsibilities:

• Transportation process and requirement documentation
• Preparation and participation in the Face to Face negotiation meetings
• Freight proposals input for Management analysis and assessment
• Testing support
• Implementation support

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Ongoing Logistics degree/master required.
• Analytic and detail-oriented and extremely organized with the ability to multi-task.
• Data-Driven mindset.
• Good level of English and Spanish.

Desirable:

• Problem solving skills.
• Interest in process automatization and ERP systems.
