Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to recipes and quality guidelines.
• Receive and check incoming ingredients and ensure proper storage and temperatures.
• Enforce strict quality control, freshness inspections and food safety standards.
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen stations.
• Communicate allergens and components clearly to ensure diner safety.
