Job summary

Restaurante in Manacor, Mallorca is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join the on-site kitchen brigade. You will support the head chef with daily preparation, ensure hygienic and efficient operations, and help during service to deliver orders quickly and accurately.

The role offers a permanent contract, full-time schedule with split shifts (11:00–15:00 and 19:00–23:00), two weekly rest days (Tuesdays and Thursdays), and a gross annual salary of €27,500. Starting date is December 15, 2026.

Qualifications

6 months of verifiable experience in a restaurant kitchen environment.
Strong sense of order, cleanliness and speed during high-tempo service.
Reliable team player with clear communication and collaboration with the head chef.
Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to maintain a well-structured work area.

Responsibilities

Assist the head chef with daily food preparation and general kitchen duties.
Ensure kitchen operations run fast, clean, and well-organized at all times.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and order on all prep surfaces and stations.
Support the team during active service hours to complete orders swiftly and accurately.
Keep tools, cookware and equipment organized, cleaned and available for the team.
