In this role, you will prepare everyday cafeteria offerings as well as dedicated catering options for birthday parties and celebrations. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping the kitchen running smoothly, from daily menu prep to supply management:

• Preparing menu items for the daily cafeteria service and crafting catering packages for birthday parties.
• Placing and coordinating supply orders with external food and beverage vendors.
• Managing stock levels, monitoring inventory usage, and ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
• Maintaining meticulous cleanliness, hygiene, and organizational standards across all kitchen prep, cooking, and storage stations.

To join the team in Palma, you should meet the following essential criteria and preferred qualifications:

• At least 12 months of documented professional experience working in a kitchen environment.

The employer offers a permanent contract within the private entertainment and leisure sector in Palma. The working schedule covers afternoons from Tuesday to Friday from 16:00 to 20:00, alongside weekend hours on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Compensation is to be negotiated directly with the company, giving you the opportunity to agree on terms that reflect your practical experience and culinary background.
