Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors division is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to drive growth for premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requires deep technical credibility, and focuses on consultative sales to life sciences and medical device clients.

You can work remotely or from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows, and a strong emphasis on delivering tailored HF

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of consultative sales experience in the medical device or life sciences industry.
• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, engineering, or life sciences.
• English proficiency at C1 level; willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in proposals and presentations to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; develop tailored HF solutions with SMEs.
