Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. This role is customer-facing, requiring advanced technical credibility and consultative selling skills. Remote or hybrid work is possible from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

Travel up to 30% to engage clients and events. Requires 5+ years in consultative sales, medical device or life sciences experience, and English proficiency at C1 level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Strong technical credibility to engage executives and technical buyers.
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle from initial contact to scoping and contract execution.
• Identify customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in proposals and presentations.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline through proactive outreach and industry events.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to craft tailored advisory solutions delivering measurable value.
• Travel to client sites and trade shows as needed (up to 30%).
• Contribute to marketing strategy for Human Factors business and keep knowledge up-to-date on HF best practices.
