Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. This customer-facing role requires advanced technical credibility to sell premium Human Factors advisory services and to respond to inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency must be at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million/year quota.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willing to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialized Human Factors advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs, present value propositions, and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas while coordinating with SMEs to craft tailored solutions.
• Develop a sales pipeline through proactive outreach and industry events.
• Identify customer pain points and integrate HF solutions into product development stages.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events to represent the company.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and market trends to inform offerings.
• Maintain a prioritized portfolio of target accounts and nurture relationships year-round.
