Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors Engineering (HFE) services, seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive for Europe to lead sales of premium HF advisory services in the EMEA region. This role is customer-facing and requires advanced technical credibility to respond to inquiries and close deals.

The position can be based remotely or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with responsibility to build pipelines, tailor solutions, and exceed quotas while

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead sales of advisory services to healthcare and medical industries.
• Strong business acumen with the capacity to translate client needs into tailored HF solutions.
• Experience maintaining and growing a strategic sales pipeline in Europe.
• Comfort presenting at client meetings, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Build trust with customers and identify opportunities within product development processes.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and events to raise HF service visibility.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and stay informed on industry developments.
