Job summary

Making Science is seeking a high-performing Senior Growth & Strategy Team Lead to drive commercial expansion across Spain and international markets. You will identify Tier-1 enterprise opportunities, pitch comprehensive tech and marketing capabilities to C-suite executives, and manage a Growth team with strong pipeline discipline.

The role blends strategic selling with cross-functional collaboration, leveraging AI tools and partner ecosystems to win high-value contracts while maintaining CRM

Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development or consultative sales within marketing services
• Established network with Tier-1 brands in Spain
• Strong understanding of modern marketing and AI applications
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills in Spanish and English
• Proactive, commercial, and able to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Responsibilities

• Identify and target Tier-1 enterprise accounts in Spain and international markets
• Conduct deep discovery to craft tailored value propositions across marketing and tech
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to contract signature and handover to CS
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for high-impact RFPs and pitches
• Lead Growth team with clear direction and pipeline discipline
• Stay ahead of digital transformation trends and partner with Google, Meta, TikTok, Salesforce, Amazon
• Leverage AI-first tools to improve efficiency and insights in BD
• Maintain CRM data integrity and accurate pipeline reporting
