Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner for Field Alliances Operations, with a focus on remote and international collaboration.

The role centers on day-to-day operations supporting the partner ecosystem, data integrity in Salesforce, and process optimization across Alliances/Partner teams. You will partner with leaders to shape channel strategy, enable teams, and deliver scalable, compliant partner experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5+ years of (Partner / Channel) Operations or Sales Ops experience.
• Strong analytical background with ability to identify anomalies.
• Excellent presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day partner ecosystem operations.
• Manage partner onboarding and compliance support.
• Maintain accurate partner data and attribution in Salesforce.
• Prepare regular metrics and KPIs for leadership.
• Collaborate with Alliances/Partner teams and IT for process enhancements.
• Lead enablement sessions and training materials for wider teams.
