Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner for Field Alliances Operations to support our rapidly growing partner ecosystem. This remote role emphasizes Salesforce data integrity, partner program governance, and scalable operations across global Alliances teams.

You will collaborate with Alliance leaders, drive process improvements, and enable partner teams through data-backed insights. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of (Partner / Channel) Operations experience or Sales Ops experience.
• Fluency in English; Spanish, French, or Italian ideally.
• Strong analytical background with ability to identify anomalies.
• Self-starter, detail- and process-oriented, operationally-minded.
• Excellent presentation and communication with strong business-partner experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Alliances Leaders to inform channel strategy using data-driven insights.
• Enable the Alliances/Partner team to execute partner processes and initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operational tasks supporting Partners, Partner Managers and Sales.
• Interpret data and prepare KPIs for management review.
• Oversee partner onboarding and compliance; assist with complex contractual cases.
• Ensure deals are correctly categorized and attributed; regional deal support.
• Advise on process improvements and coordinate with IT, capability and GTM teams.
• Participate in QBRs and Annual Operating Planning to align processes with business needs.
• Maintain alignment and territories for Alliance teams.
• Resolve commission issues escalated by the Comp Team.
• Institute scalable data and process flows; drive AI adoption where appropriate.
• Deliver enablement sessions and train new hires; manage knowledge transfer.
• Support shared services and act as escalation point; lay foundation for AI skills.
