Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Sr. Business Partner, Field Alliances Operations, to support a fast-growing partner ecosystem with a focus on data integrity in Salesforce and seamless partner experiences. This remote role operates across regions including the UK, Spain, and broader markets.

You will enable the Alliances/Partner team, drive KPIs, onboarding, compliance, and process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale partnerships and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of (Partner / Channel) Operations or Sales Ops experience.
Strong analytics to identify trends and anomalies.
Excellent presentation and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Support partner ecosystem operations and data hygiene.
Develop data-led insights to guide channel strategy.
Manage onboarding, compliance, and complex contracts.
Prepare KPIs and metrics for leadership reviews.
Coordinate cross-functional teams for process improvements.
