Commvault in Madrid is seeking a SaaS Account Executive to drive new business and expand our SaaS offerings. This role involves owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, generating a self‑generated pipeline, and delivering engaging product demonstrations.

Requirements include 1–3 years in a hunting sales role, English and German at near native C1 level, and proficiency with SFDC and Microsoft Office. Hybrid work from Madrid with ESPP and global benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, communications, or related field.
• Proven success in a sales role with emphasis on outbound strategies.
• Strong negotiation and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from prospecting to purchase orders.
• Generate a self-generated pipeline through cold and warm outreach.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Maintain a robust pipeline via consistent prospecting and networking.
• Work with channel partners to maximize coverage and penetration.
• Document all sales activity in the CRM system.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
