Global People Sphere in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle for the German market, selling innovative SaaS solutions to business clients.

This hybrid role offers a €30,000 base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions with a €600 target and performance multipliers, plus onboarding and clear career progression within a fast-growing tech company.

Formación

• Native or fluent German required.
• Previous B2B sales or SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Able to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Based in Spain, Madrid region.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with business clients.
• Demonstrate products and present tailored SaaS solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business.
• Maintain CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams.
