Global People Sphere in Madrid is seeking a German-speaking Account Executive to drive the full sales cycle for our SaaS solutions. You will manage inbound and outbound opportunities, build relationships with business clients, and conduct product demonstrations.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped monthly commissions, with a 600€ monthly target and performance multipliers. Onboarding and career progression are emphasized.

Formación

• Native or fluent German.
• B2B sales / Account Executive / SaaS sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities.
• Building and maintaining relationships with business clients.
• Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored SaaS solutions.
• Conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiating contracts and closing new business.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Maintaining CRM records and sales forecasts.
• Collaborating with Customer Success and internal teams.
