Global People Sphere is hiring a German-speaking Account Executive in Madrid to drive new business for our SaaS solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with German-speaking clients, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals while hitting monthly targets.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped monthly commissions, with a target of €600 per month and a clear path for progression. Hybrid working model in Madrid.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German.
• Experience in B2B sales, Account Executive, or SaaS sales preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle.
• Results-driven with a passion for sales.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• In/Outbound sales opportunities and account development.
• Build and maintain relationships with German-speaking clients.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored SaaS solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close new business.
• Hit monthly sales targets and maintain CRM records.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams.
