Taylor Hopkinson is seeking a Senior Sales Manager - Energy Infrastructure in Valencia to drive commercial strategy and growth for energy storage and renewables solutions. You will lead business development across Europe, shaping opportunities in BESS, PCS and hybrid systems with a focus on customer value and market expansion.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, Power Electronics, or related field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in power electronics, energy storage, renewables, or energy infrastructure.
• Proven sales, business development, or commercial leadership in BESS/PCS/renewables.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the commercial and strategic roadmap for energy infrastructure solutions aligned with growth objectives.
• Drive business development and sales for BESS, PCS, inverter, and hybrid energy solutions across Europe.
• Identify market opportunities, technologies, customer needs, and competitive trends in renewables and energy storage.
• Build and maintain relationships with utilities, developers, EPCs, system integrators, partners, and stakeholders.
• Provide technical and commercial expertise throughout the sales cycle from opportunity to contract and implementation.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, product management and project teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Support feasibility studies, business cases, proposals and solution design for complex projects.
• Help develop product/solution strategies based on market feedback and requirements.
• Ensure solutions meet grid, safety, standards and sustainability objectives.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of engineers and energy specialists.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and key KPIs; represent the company at meetings and events.
